What is Effective Communication,with the help of 7 steps?

             EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION:

   Walterlipman Says: 

                   "First man has picture in his mind when he is able to transmit that picture to other's mind the process of effective communication"               
                 Effective communication means conveying meanings and making yourself understood by your receivers.

                  7 C's of Effective communication 

1) Completeness
   Completeness means you should have to provide all necessary information to the listener so no doubt left would be left there in readers mind you should have to answer all the question which may arise in the listener's mind and give extra information about the topic to clarify all the thoughts if needed.
2) Conciseness
     Conciseness means brief and relevant to the point,be specific,include only relevant material and avoid repetition.Listening one thing again and again does not makes sense.
3) Clarity

       You should have to chose presize and familiar words to explain, avoid double meanings words because they may confuse your listener and use no ambiguity(doubtfulness).
4)Concreteness
        Concrete is a building material use for the strength of building but in terms of communication it means the strength of your conversation. For that you should have to stay logical, you should have to use proper arguments and use of specific facts and figures.
5)Correctness

     It may be the usage of correct language, giving the correct information and your debate is based on true facts and figure from that people start trusting you and love to listen you, with to much exaggeration the debate may lose its taste.
6)Consideration
           You should have to focus on your audience or receivers , show interest in them and show benefit to them.
7)Courtesy 
          Be thoughtful and appreciative, show respect to your audience and chose non-discriminative expression in your communication.
          These steps help your audience to stay attracted and connected with you.
