a. Social Mobilization. 

 The media can be used to encourage people to contribute to economic development, to support and uphold moral rules and to mobilize the population in times of peace and war.This can be through very direct public campings such as moral tales with in dramas and movies. Social mobilazation can be done through media to motivate people in order to participate in social welfare economic development and political processes in the society. To mobilize people so they can cast their vote in the elections in an example of socialization similarly convincing people to help others and take part in development process is also called social mobilazation.

2.Media and Awareness

Mass media are most extensively use to create awareness on various social economic and political issues.Mass media are excessable by million of people at a time that makes it possible to spread information.

In any society many issues can be resolved through creating awareness. For example when the issue of child abuse is discussed in the news and dramas helps create awareness among parents to be careful and save their children.

3.Media and Culture. 

Human values: 

With the passage of time an out break of mass media many humans values are lost gone are the days when people use to respect  elders and had dignified image for females or had humanity precisely the values in the world have come upside down the portrayal of money and power in the media have changed the behaviour of the public. Mostly people become greedy for wealth, property and power they even don't care how they are earning this mostly people have forgotten the path of honesty they only prefer the shortest possible way to attain their objectives.

Life style:

In this modern world people are more interested in fast food and international cuisine. They feel having them as a status symbols rather than food and taste. The traditional food and the traditional habits of eating have been changed due to excessive advertising from the fast food change around the world.

Clothing styles:

The traditional attires have lost their value in this westernized modern world mostly people imitate western clothing styles in this way.In this way while following western culture female attires have lost their dignified outlook traditional clothing is taken as backward because most of the dramas and advertising show characters in western clothing which is taken as the symbol od modernism. 

Language:

Since English has become international language the value of local and national language has also reduce watching english movies and seasons have become status signal speaking English language has also become a status symbol.

Greeting style: 

As an influence of watching tv and movies. the greetings styles has also been changed in Muslim countries we usually shake hands and say salam which now has been changed into waving your hands and saying hello.
